Last weekend was absolutely beautiful on the Cape, and given that we still hadn’t bought our new house at that point (i.e. no work to do) our little family took full advantage of the weather. Between boating and back yard fun, we stayed outdoors most of the weekend, because let’s be honest this weather is what we’d been waiting for all winter long. Bella and Grace have this really sweet little bond now, except on the odd occasion when Grace forgets to be gentle, but she is getting much much better than she used to be. I have to say, although Bella may have her faults (she has that barking syndrome most small breeds have) she couldn’t have been a better family dog choice, and her patience with Grace is unreal at times. Anyhow, daddy managed to capture some sweet moments and I’m so grateful for this blog at times because it gives us a reason to take photos (especially of Grace) that me might not otherwise have made the time for. Because let’s be honest, if you have a two year old you know how hard it can be just to get them in clothes sometimes, let alone have a little photo shoot with them. Anyhow, Eric and I were talking last night about how much work we have to do to our new house, so I’m grateful we got this whole weekend together (which might be our last in a while!). The dress that I’m wearing is from last year, Abercrombie I think, but I’ve linked some similar options above. I picked up Grace’s little romper in the GAP sale a few weeks back and I can’t find it on their website but I pretty much love all their current rompers, and their online sale selections too. I would buy them all if i could!
